Changing a statutory supervisor
File a change of circumstances form with us
The operator of a retirement village must file a change of circumstances form with us if there's a change to the status or details of its appointed statutory supervisor.
What information you need to provide
The operator of a registered retirement village must notify us of any change to the status or details of its appointed statutory supervisor on Form RV3 (Change of circumstances).
When filing your Form RV3, you must include:
- a copy of the new deed of supervision
- the prior consent of the Registrar to the termination of the appointment of the existing statutory supervisor
- a signed consent from the new statutory supervisor
- amended Disclosure Statement and Occupation Rights Agreement
