Applying for registration

Use Form RV1 when applying to register a retirement village on the Retirement Villages Register.

File this form with us, along with any requested supporting documents, and pay the registration fee.

Filing an annual return

Use Form RV2 — Annual return and certificate of registered documents to file an annual return for your retirement village.

File this form with us, along with a copy of your audited financial statements and other supporting documents, and pay the annual return filing fee.

Updating information on the register

Use Form RV3 — Change of circumstances to notify us of a change to:

• the land comprising the retirement village
• your registered documents
• the name of your retirement village
• the details of a retirement village operator
• the status or details of your retirement village's statutory supervisor.

Change of village address

Use Form RV6 — Change of village's addresses to notify us of a change to the registered office or address for service for your retirement village.

Cancelling your registration

Use Form RV4 — Request for cancellation of registration to cancel the registration of your retirement village on the Retirement Villages Register.

Applying for a statutory supervisor exemption

Use Form RV5 — Application for exemption from requirement for statutory supervisor when applying for an exemption from the requirement to appoint a statutory supervisor to your retirement village.

Fees apply when completing some of these transactions.
